If a service is canceled by gasleaderrise, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Digital products can be downloaded immediately upon purchase. Therefore, refunds are not provided after download access is granted. If you encounter technical issues preventing access to informational products, please contact us to resolve the problem or request a replacement.

5.3 Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a refund or replacement. Refunds for other reasons are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require return of the product in its original condition. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after product return authorization.
